Medical winch
Our customer has expressed the need for a medical winch that can safely and efficiently lower a magnet from a medical scanning machine for maintenance purposes. The winch design must ensure that it is non-magnetic and equipped with braking capabilities at any point during the hoisting process.

To meet these requirements, the winch has been meticulously designed using high-end stainless steel and a bronze alloy for the worm wheel, to achieve the desired speed and enable the winch to come to a sudden stop at any position. Additionally, a special grease has been employed in the worm gear system.
To ensure smooth operation, a wide and grooved drum has been incorporated, allowing two stainless steel wires to move up and down without experiencing any shocks or jolts. This design guarantees the safe and efficient movement of the magnet during maintenance operations.
