Liquid offloading
MariFlex is one off the leading companies in liquid offloading services and equipment. Mariflex uses Gebuwins winches for their tripods. The MariFlex Tripod is a hoisting device designed to handle portable pumps, cargo and hydraulic hoses during an overtop off-loading. The tripod is a compact and sturdy and has a safe working load of 500 kg.
Producing wood pellets
The mould in the picture is used to produce wood pellets. These pellets are made from wood residues and wood chips. These wood residues and chips are first shredded by the mill and and then pressed through the moulds, these then become pellets. These pellets are then used to fire stoves. A Gebuwin winch is used to place the mould on top of the lumber mill. In this case, a WW500 was used for this purpose.
Waste separation and recycling
The Bollegraaf Group is one of the world’s leading experts and innovators in waste separation and recycling. They do this for all types of waste streams, from household waste, paper and plastics to construction and demolition waste. They also use winches, WW250, in their separation process.
Bucket elevator systems
Bucket elevator systems are a simple and reliable method of transferring bulk products from one production process to another. However, some of these elevators are used in applications where the system can be taken out of service for up to four years.
They do this to prevent corrosion, because most applications are outdoors and in a coastal area, and to make sure no one tries to operate the machine.
Still, it is necessary to maintain the system during the time it is not in use and keep the moving parts lubricated and moving. The safest way to do this is to keep the system moving by hand, this is what the Gebuwin WW1000, winches are being used for.
Packaging French fries
A producer of French fries, is using one of our winches to streamline their production process. Our winches play a key role in the packaging process of the French fries, ensuring efficiency and safety in the workplace.
Moveabale conveyor belt
Global Bakery Solutions is one of the world’s leading designers and suppliers of systems and equipment for manufacturers of bakery products. They needed a WW250 winch for a moveable conveyor belt. Previously they had to lift it with a ‘block and tackle’, but now they have designed a moveable conveyor belt on wheels that they only have to wind up using our winches.
Warning system for aircrafts
Lighting Engineering Solutions is a business unit of Calzavara that focuses on the design of lighting systems, including aircraft warning systems. These lights are hung in tall masts. A Gebuwin winch, DW1000, is used to lift up and down when needed for maintenance or replacement of the warning light.
Hydrocarbon tank inspection
Periodic inspection of hydrocarbon tanks is subject to a variety of regulatory requirements. Conventionally, all kinds of things had to be done to enter the tanks safely and the traditional way of tank inspections had a number of problems. Using Gebuwin’s hand winches, a robot was developed to provide a solution to this complicated process.

One of our customers specializes in pellet machines that transform products from their natural state to a granular form through compression. This versatile machine is widely used for pelletizing materials in industries such as wood processing, fertilizers, animal feed, and other ecological sectors.
