Coal transporting system
In the mining industry, safety and efficiency are critical factors in transporting coal from one location to another. An electric winch, also known as a cable winch, is an essential component of a coal transporting system. The winch is used to move the conveyor belt and transport the mined coal with ease and efficiency.
An electric stationary winch is the ideal choice for large mining operations. Its heavy-duty construction ensures that it can handle the weight and pressure of moving coal and other materials. It is also designed for use at two independent workplaces, making it a versatile option for mining companies.
Controlling in- and output screens
One of the largest steel manufacturers in the world uses our low-speed electric winches (LS5000) to control large input and output screens for its “flue gas recirculation” installation. By controlling these screens, a higher flue gas flow rate can be circulated because more negative pressure can be created behind the screens.
Lifting flare system

One of the essential components of a flare system is the combustion chamber, and a pipe through which the combustion gases are discharged. To prevent the open flame from reaching the ground and to reduce the effects of heat, smoke, and noise, the system is often placed in an elevated position. Lifting a counterweight

In the photo you see a machine that they use for the production process of their paper pulp. They were using a 29-year-old winch to lift a counterweight that applies tension to a rubber band conveyor. This winch was due for replacement after 29 years.
